Sprinting isn't just about speed; it’s about pushing your limits, building strength, and feeling the rush of achievement with every burst. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to improve your overall running performance, whether you're training for a race or just want to feel more energetic in everyday life. Sprinting mostly covers distances of 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters. Unlike distance running strength and speed are required over endurance and this suits some people a lot better. |
