Are you ready to experience the thrill of explosive speed and adrenaline-pumping energy? Sprint running is an exhilarating way to challenge yourself and boost your fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re a seasoned runner looking to add some variety to your training or a complete beginner eager to try something new, sprinting offers something for everyone!

At Crusaders, sprint sessions are designed to be welcoming and inclusive. You'll learn the fundamentals of explosive starts, proper form, and pacing techniques that help you run faster and more efficiently.

Sprinting isn't just about speed; it’s about pushing your limits, building strength, and feeling the rush of achievement with every burst. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to improve your overall running performance, whether you're training for a race or just want to feel more energetic in everyday life.

Sprinting mostly covers distances of 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters. Unlike distance running strength and speed are required over endurance and this suits some people a lot better.

Our Sprint Coach is Steven Colvert. Steven is a decorated sprinter himself and holds the Irish record for masters 100 meters.
