General rules for attending training
- All sessions must be pre-booked on our session booking page.
- Members must have paid their subs for the current year, from which Athletic Ireland insurance will be paid.
- Please carry a hand sanitiser and small sweat towel to all sessions in the clubhouse. Those using any equipment must bring disinfectant wipes.
- If bringing a water bottle please ensure it is marked to personalise it.
- Please follow the instructions of the coach or safety coordinators at all sessions.
- Any athlete failing to follow directions from the club coaches/safety coordinators will be asked to leave the session and may not be accepted for future sessions.
