Crusaders Fit 4 Life is our running group that caters specifically for complete beginners, as well as for those looking to improve their fitness. If you have ever thought that you might like to try running with a group, or to perhaps even complete a race for the first time, then this is the group for you. Lots of people who have never run before have benefited from our Fit 4 Life training, so don't put it off any longer. No matter what your experience, age or ability, come along to our Fit 4 Life group and let us help you to achieve your own personal goals!
Fit 4 Life Training Times
Tuesdays: 6.30pm - Irishtown Track
Thursdays: 6.30pm - Irishtown Stadium
Saturdays: 10am - Phoenix Park (Magazine Fort)
Adult subscription per calendar year: €145

Fit 4 life training
No previous running experience, or minimum fitness level, is required to join our Fit 4 Life group. Participants are grouped by similar ability during our training sessions, and members progress from walking, to jogging, to running.
Fit 4 Life members are expertly guided by our dedicated group of coaches and Fit 4 Life leaders, and the group enjoys a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
There is also a great social side to our Fit 4 Life training, and members regularly take part in club-organised social occasions, as well as local running events.
