Weekly Circuit training

25/1/2021

We are delighted to announce that John Caird (Crusaders Coach) is providing circuit training sessions, via Zoom for all club members. He caters for all, and sessions are done at your own pace. The sessions focus on single leg movements and core exercises that are crucial to runners.

Sessions start at 19.30 Tuesday and Thursday (Feb 4th will start earlier).

Please keep yourself on mute and your camera off. For those not familiar with the exercises they can log on at 19.20 to be brought through the correct form and have the session explained.

There are different options on exercises e.g. press up can be done on knees or with elevated feet depending on your standard. The session last approximately 60 mins including warm up and cool down . There will be an athlete on screen leading each exercise who will demonstrate correct form.
