Bookings are only required for Tuesday sessions and Thursday group runs (note: the Thursday group use a WhatsApp group to co-ordinate).
Those on a Trial Membership do not need to book sessions - just turn up on the day.

Booking a session:
Please take note of the following points before booking your session:
- Sessions are open to both new and existing members of all abilities. However, no entry will be permitted to training sessions unless a current club subscription or trial membership has been paid.
- Bookings are non-transferable. Please do not give your time slot to someone else.
- Bookings for Tuesday sessions close on Mondays at 6pm. Sessions will automatically close when all time slots are full.
- For Tuesday and Saturday sessions, please choose a group that reflects your current 5km time or ability.
- Please familiarise yourself with the general rules for attending training sessions, which are available here.
- When training with the club, please adhere to our standard infection control procedures. i.e. hand sanitising, no spitting, and general coughing/sneezing etiquette.
- Any issues that arise at training sessions will be dealt with at the discretion of the coaches/committee. Their decision is final.
Bookings for each session close at 6pm the day before
Occasionally we run Time Trials on Tuesdays. if no sessions appear in the session page for Tuesday try the "book your Time Trial" page
