Club House Rules and Procedures

RULES FOR USE OF CRUSADER’S CLUB HOUSE AND INDOOR TRACK.
  • As a member of Crusaders AC you agree to comply with the rules of the club house.
  • Club House may only be used when authorised key holder is present.
  • Fully paid up members only allowed enter – NO guests are permitted.
  • No individual training allowed, at least two people required to be present.
  •  Juveniles – must have permission from Juvenile coach to enter there must be at least two adults present
  • Will only be opened at agreed times - any unauthorised access may result in membership cancellation.
  • Spikes – 5mm spikes only
  • NO spikes allowed in changing rooms.
  • No fizzy drinks, chewing gum, spitting, smoking, vaping allowed.
  • No notices may be placed on walls except by permission of the Management Committee.
  • Only equipment provided by Crusaders AC is allowed in the club house – except with the permission of a member of the Management Committee.
  • Club house heating and water heating may only be adjusted by an authorised person.
  • Any accidents should be reported immediately to the key holder.
  • Last out must ensure all lights and showers are turned off, all doors and
  • windows are locked and set alarm.
RULES FOR GYM AREA
  • Anyone using gym area and equipment must have, and use, a small gym towel, to ensure self and equipment are wiped. Only equipment provided by Crusaders AC is allowed in the gym area.
  • No ball or weights slamming exercises permitted in the club house, this includes using the wall or floor – use outdoor track area for these exercises.
  • Please treat all equipment and club house area with respect.
  • Please place equipment back on relevant racks after use.
  • Please avoid blocking Fire Exits with equipment when in use or for storing.
FIRE EVACUATION Procedure for when onsite
In the event of discovering a fire, please follow the following procedures:
  • Leave the building by the nearest available exit go to the Fire Assembly point in car the park.
  • DO NOT stop to collect personal belongings.
  • DO NOT return to the building until authorised to do so.
  • DO NOT use the lift.
  • DO NOT run or push.
  • Dial 999 and inform Stadium staff as soon as safe to do so.
