Training Schedule: Our main training sessions are:

Tuesdays - 6.45pm at Irishtown Stadium.
This is an interval track session with warm-ups starting at 6:30 PM. Tuesday evenings are especially welcoming for newcomers, and all abilities are encouraged to participate.

Thursdays - 6.30pm meet at Irishtown stadium's reception.
There are two options for Thursday sessions. Choose between a relaxed social run or a tempo session in the local park (Sean Moore Park).

Saturdays - 10am - Magazine fort, Phoenix Park.
We host Saturday morning training sessions in the scenic Phoenix Park where most groups and abilities are welcome to join.

Sundays - 10am - Meet at the entrance to Irishtown Stadium.
Sundays are a easy social run that lasts 1 hour then we normally go to the local coffee shop. Sundays are run on an ad-hoc fashion. We use the Fit 4 life whatts app group to organize the run.

Find out more about training HERE

Additionally, we conduct Couch to 3k/5k programs throughout the year, open to both the public (for a fee) and free for current members.

On Tuesday we divide the lanes up by the standard that matches your 5k time. If you're uncertain about your ability or standard, starting with the Fit 4 Life group in lane 1 is a great choice.

Track Access
Members can enjoy free access to the track whenever it is not already booked. You are welcome to use the track at any available time during opening hours.
