Did someone say Cake?...

Our regular Sunday social runs are a highlight for many, offering a relaxed pace and plenty of opportunities to chat, laugh, and make new friends. These runs often end at a local café, where we indulge in a well-deserved coffee and continue our conversations over a warm brew.
Dive Into Adventure: Sea Swimming and Kayaking
But the fun doesn’t stop at running. Crusaders fit 4 life members are known for their adventurous spirit, and our activities reflect just that. Throughout the warmer months, we organize sea swimming sessions, where you can take a refreshing dip and feel the exhilaration of the open water.
And for those who love to paddle, our kayaking excursions are a hit, offering a unique way to explore our beautiful coastline while bonding with fellow club members. We sometimes go on a cycling adventure on the weekends.

RunSmart
Run Smarter not harder with Fit 4 Life. Looking to develop your running and improve your fitness, maybe even start doing some races or bringing down you current times.
Introducing the Fit 4 life RunSmart Beginner's and improves Program" – a tailored running program designed specifically for individuals with limited running experience, who can jog for about 10 minutes but are not yet at the level of running a 5K in under 27 minutes. If you're looking to take your running journey to the next level, this program is perfect for you!

Picture

Our goal is to help you build a solid foundation, improve your endurance, and gradually progress towards running longer distances with greater ease.

Here's what the RunSmart Beginner's Program entails:

  1. Initial Assessment: Before starting the program, we'll conduct a brief assessment to understand your current fitness level, running form, and any specific goals you have. This will help us customize the program to suit your needs.
  2. Progressive Training: The program follows a progressive structure, gradually increasing the intensity and duration of your runs to ensure safe and steady progress. We'll focus on improving your aerobic capacity, building endurance, and enhancing overall fitness.
  3. Mix of Running and jogging: To ease your transition into running longer distances, we'll incorporate a mix of running and jogging intervals known as active recovery. This approach allows your body to adapt gradually and minimizes the risk of overuse injuries. As your fitness improves, we'll adjust the intervals to challenge you appropriately.
  4. Personalized Guidance: Throughout the program, our experienced running coaches will provide ongoing support and guidance. We'll be available to answer your questions, provide feedback on your running form, and help you overcome any challenges you may encounter along the way.
  5. Motivational Environment: Joining the RunSmart Beginner's Program means becoming part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for running. You'll have access to group runs, online forums, and regular check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable.
  6. Gradual Progression: As you gain confidence and experience, we'll gradually increase the distance and intensity of your runs. Our ultimate aim is to help you reach your goal of running comfortably and confidently, setting the stage for future achievements.
