Welcome to Crusaders, a thriving running club located in the heart of Dublin. With a membership of over 700 athletes of all ages and abilities, we offer something for everyone. From beginners and recreational runners to elite athletes and everything in between, we have a place for you.
Members enjoy access to a floodlight 400 meter outdoor track as well as our brand new clubhouse which boasts an impressive indoor running track, as well as a fully equipped gym and changing facilities. |

We cover all track & field events, as well as groups for road running, marathon running, cross country, Women's Meet and Train, Couch to 3km and mountain running, so your sure find a training program that fits your needs. Plus, with a large and thriving junior section, we're a great place for young runners to get started.

TUESDAY TRACK
Track sessions focus on speed development with faster and shorter intervals. Example workout: 4x1200 meters (three laps) @ half marathon pace, followed by 4x400 meters @ 5k pace, 90 sec. rest. SATURDAY RUNS Endurance session aimed to help build your aerobic base and increase your weekly mileage. Example workout: 2x2 mile with 3 mins rest. |
THURSDAY TEMPO
Tempo runs, fartlek, or hill sessions are longer intervals aimed to help maintain your goal race pace. Example workout: 3x10 min. @half marathon pace, w/ 90 sec. rest SUNDAY RUNS Social run lasting one hour. Also individual training groups meet for a long run. Find out more about Training HERE |

Crusaders is more than just about running; it's a thriving social community. We regularly host a variety of social events that bring our members together both on and off the track. From post-run coffee meet-ups to organized sea swims and kayaking adventures, there's always something fun to do with fellow members.
