Crusaders Night of 5K's

Join us for our Night of 5Ks on the Track to mark the Date the Docklands 5K was to be held this year.

Why not register for the Dockland Virtual Run online and run the 5K on the Track on the night. Register Here for the Docklands Virtual Run.
Proceeds go towards the fundraising efforts for the Club House!

Time Table for the night:

Start Time	5k Standard
5.50PM	30 - 25 Minutes
6.30PM	24 - 20 Minutes
6.55PM	Novice Mile
7.10PM	20 - 18 Minutes
7.35PM	Less than 17 Minutes

See time table for various races, please ensure you enter your correct standard.
Numbers per race are limited to ensure social distancing rules are observed.
A 2 meter wave process will be used on the start lines - this means official time keeping will not be possible.
Please start your own watch as you pass the start line and stop at the finish line.
