Current training for Seniors
With the current restrictions we are unable to continue our usual training sessions together - even while distancing! However this doesn't mean you let all your hard work over the last few months go to waste.
We propose setting up a group via whatsapp, or email, where we will provide weekly training sessions for members. In addition, we will set a weekly training 'challenge'', and a bi weekly virtual group 'challenge' to keep things interesting and fresh.
