When is it- Group sessions take place every Wednesday at 7.15pm You will have a plan to follow for the rest of the week. Where is it on- Irishtown Stadium Track Who is this for- The program is aimed at people who have a little running experience and can already jog for 15 minutes straight. If you are currently capable of run under 28 minutes for a 5k then you might want to think about joining one of the faster groups in the club.
